Loves to solve challenging problems with AI. I use my background in business to understand user and industry challenges that companies and individuals face. I conduct research to learn more about the opportunities for solutions and quickly ship solutions as I learn and iterate multiple solutions.
Manager
Masters of Business Administration degree with mastery in business strategy, marketing, financial modeling, understanding economics, operational efficiency, and following through any plan I start. I enjoy solving problems and obsess over details big or small.
Designer
Bachelors of Science in Interaction Design with over 8 years of B2B and B2C design experience. Strong design thinking methodology to not only output design solutions that are pretty but also user centered. Meaning the user has a say in a proposed solution.

I have often done weekly 1:1s as well as monthly team training sessions. I believe people learn in different ways. I pride myself as an excellent teacher and can communicate any complex tech or business concept in a way that others will understand and benefit from. I also love to teach design, art, and at times pickleball.

Why the world's largest soft-drink company needed a structural fix in North America, not a brand reinvention. Primary author on the four-framework analysis and final recommendations.
Problem
North American operating margin was 13.6% versus Latin America's 57 to 62%. Same brand. Different structure.
Process
Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, and Value Chain analysis across the operating model. Seven-part implementation plan.
Solution
Integrate production. Consolidate IT. Use a royalty model for still beverages. Refranchise to regional anchors once stabilized.
Result
A structural path back to 18%-plus NA margin and Coca-Cola's 2020 Vision of doubling system revenue.

An AI market intelligence platform for builders.
I built Falcoscan from scratch and continue to lead product. A sourced, time-stamped, saturation-scored catalog of the AI tool landscape, live at falcoscan.com.
Problem
Legacy AI tool directories were optimized for ad impressions, not discovery. Listings were shallow, unsourced, and months out of date.
Process
Scoped MVP. Wrote the PRD. Shipped weekly on a rolling-wave roadmap. Built data hygiene into the core wedge.
Solution
Saturation scoring across 29 markets. Source, confidence, and timestamp on every listing. English and Spanish from day one.
Result
Live at falcoscan.com. 6,400+ tools tracked. 134 active users. 2,000+ tracked events. 3:39 average engagement.

Own the number-one dermatologist recommendation. Expand into clean-beauty and adjacent-premium retail. Launch a toddler line.

4.57 / 5 brand authenticity score. Three prioritized growth plays backed by the full analysis.

Scaling a 67% market-share nonprofit without mission drift.
MBA capstone analyzing how Mexico's largest nonprofit diagnostic network can scale without losing the mission that built it. Led VRIODS and owned the 7-factor implementation plan.
Problem
Demand is exploding. Management capacity is not. The CEO runs 80 weekly direct reports with no successor.
Process
VRIODS, SWOT, Value Chain, Porter's, 12 strategic alternatives, financial impact modeling, 7-factor implementation plan.
Solution
Stay NGO. Hire a COO. Unlock $3M to $5M through social impact financing. Codify the playbook before the next clinic opens.
Result
$1.1M annual operating surplus sustained. NGO status and 42 to 50% gross margin preserved.
