  • Product Narrative Developer

At AWS, drove $100M+ in revenue across 400+ enterprise AI engagements. Turned complex cloud systems into clear business value for executives.

  • User-Centered Designer

Product design at UC DAAP. Brand work at Gensler for Adidas, ING, Credit Suisse, and BNY. The system and the experience, both my responsibility.

Where I’m most useful.

I enjoy starting with user pain points. Gathering stories, anchoring them in quantifiable data, iterating fast to an MVP, and working with users until the solution clicks. Four areas where I thrive.

  • AI Product Strategy

When teams are exploring AI, I help identify where it creates real product value versus unnecessary complexity. I work across product vision, user workflows, and execution strategy to turn emerging ideas into scalable product direction.

From AI workflows to enterprise platforms, I focus on building systems people actually adopt and trust.

  • Product Systems & UX

I translate ambiguous product ideas into structured experiences users can navigate intuitively. From onboarding flows and product architecture to rapid prototyping in Figma and AI-native tooling, I shape products that feel clear under pressure and simple at scale.

My background in product design lets me think about both the system underneath and the experience on the surface.

  • Analytics & Decision Systems

I build support systems that help teams move faster with better visibility. From product analytics and reporting pipelines to AI insight generation, I turn fragmented data into actionable direction for product, growth, and leadership.

Most recently, I built Falcoscan, an AI intelligence platform indexing 6,700+ AI products across 29 markets.

  • Workflows & Automation

I design the operational layer behind products and teams. From internal workflows and tooling to reusable systems and enablement infrastructure, I help organizations reduce friction and scale execution intentionally.

At AWS, this included reusable asset libraries and new processes adopted globally across Amazon teams.

Built Falcoscan as a live intelligence system for AI market signals.

Context

Builders, investors, and operators are trying to keep up with an AI landscape that ships hundreds of products a week. The directories meant to make sense of it are stale, unsourced, and optimized for ad impressions instead of signal.

What was needed

A trustworthy index of what is actually shipping. Sourced, time-stamped, and scored for saturation so people can see where categories are crowding and where the real whitespace lives.

What I did

Founded Falcoscan and built it zero to one. Wrote the PRDs, designed the ingestion pipeline, instrumented analytics, and ran weekly user research. Saturation scoring across 29 markets, English and Spanish from day one, weekly releases on a rolling-wave roadmap.

What changed

Live at falcoscan.com. 300+ active users and 6,700+ AI tools indexed. Users come back because they can trust the source, timestamp, and confidence on every listing.

Why 13.6% margin is a structural problem

Why 13.6% margin is a structural problem.

Coca-Cola’s North America margin sat at 13.6% while Latin America hit 57 to 62% with the same brand. I led the analysis that named it structural, not brand, and mapped a seven-step recovery plan back to 18%+.

A challenger in sun-care, analyzed top to bottom.

Studied how a founder-led sun-care challenger could grow without diluting its aesthetic. Co-authored the brand audit, scored the equity, and prioritized three growth plays: distribution, retail, and a toddler line.

Scaling a 67% market-share nonprofit without mission drift.

Mexico’s largest nonprofit diagnostic network was scaling faster than its leadership could absorb. Owned VRIODS and the 7-factor implementation plan that preserves NGO status, hires a COO, and unlocks $3 to $5M in social-impact financing.

FAQs

A few things people usually ask.

  • Usually when a team is building something ambitious and needs more clarity across product, systems, and execution. That often looks like:

    • Teams that need someone comfortable moving across product, design, systems, and strategy
    • AI products that need structure and direction
    • Internal tools or operational systems that have become fragmented
    • Early-stage products moving from concept into real adoption
    • Teams balancing user experience, technical complexity, and business priorities

I tend to be most useful when the problem is important, a little messy, and cross-functional by nature.
